The monetary system and big business could not survive if everybody started offering services free of charge. If you want a portrait or caricature you'll have to first give me a call at 703-582-0731 and get my approval to schedule it. Depending on what kind of picture you want, and what country you live in, I may require that you send the necessary art paper, postage, and packaging to mail the work to you with. Do not send me valuable pictures or precious family memorabilia. You won't get them back. Send only good quality copies of the pictures you want me to draw only after having scheduled with me.

IF YOU HAVE SENT ME MAIL BUT NOT RECIEVED A RESPONSE IN OVER FOUR WEEKS FROM THE POSTMARK DATE THEN THIS MEANS I NEVER RECIEVED IT. IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE A RETURN CALL IN ONE WEEK THEN SOMETHING HAS GONE SERIOUSLY WRONG AND YOU WILL NEED TO FIND ME AND LET ME KNOW IN PERSON. ALL ARTWORK AND CORRESPONDENCES FROM ME WILL BEAR MY SIGNATURE OF 'JACE INSANE' AND WILL BE COVERED WITH MY FINGERPRINTS (FROM HAVING HELD THESE OBJECTS IN MY HANDS). PLEASE BEWARE OF FORGERIES. ANY OFFENSIVE MATERIAL IS A FORGERY. DO NOT SEND ME AN E-MAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE UNLESS YOU WANT A RESPONSE FROM A VERY NASTY INDIVIDUAL OR AGENCY THAT CLAIMS TO BE ME OR ONE OF MY FAMILY-MEMBERS OR FRIENDS.
