I'm a street-performer and I don't charge a penny for the caricatures I draw there.
I often do work free of charge. People often ask why I do this. I believe everything should be free. You may laugh at me but consider a world in which everyone was enlightened and selfless enough to work for nothing but the betterment of humanity. It's not communism or socialism because this way of life would in no way be compulsory. Instead this behavior would be derived from a strong compulsion to do away with greed and corruption. Each person would offer some service free of charge. No one would go hungry or be homeless. The monetary system would exist simultaneously until it became obsolete. The best part is that government would not be able to regulate this new form of society. If everyone offered their services free of charge big business and the monetary system could no longer survive. And while we're on the subject of big business, I should point out that any pricing information seen on this site is invalid because Google allows access to old and no-longer-existent versions of this website!
